Terms and Conditions

This is an agreement between https://livechanneltv.com (this website)  and the purchaser of any product or service from this website. By accepting these terms during checkout, you agree to the terms and conditions listed below.

AUTHORIZATION
By making a payment on LiveChannelTV.com using the payment processor, you acknowledge that you, the cardholder, are authorized to make this payment. You acknowledge you have the cardholder’s permission to be making any payment under their name, or that you are the cardholder making the payment. You also acknowledge that you are 18 years of age or older.

REFUNDS
Most payments under this Agreement will be irrevocable, non-refundable, and non-creditable. Refunds are not accepted after purchase unless there are significant issues preventing you from using the service.  We suggest getting a 24 hour trial before buying a higher priced package.

CANCELLATIONS
Payments made with a debit or credit card will automatically be deducted each due date.  To cancel your subscription, you will have to log in to the client area and cancel the subscription prior to the invoice’s due date.  Sending an email does not constitute  a cancellation of service. If you submit a cancellation request, the account will be cancelled at the expiration date of the plan, not the day you requested the cancellation.

AFTER YOUR PURCHASE
Accounts usually take 30 minutes to activate; however, some accounts are activated much later. An email with your username and login will be sent immediately after your account has been activated. Please read the Install page that can be found at the top of our website under the “How to Install” link.

LIMITATIONS
MAC accounts are 1 device only. The MAC you use with your purchase cannot be changed after purchase. 4 device limitation is strictly enforced for 4 device packages. Violations of these terms will result in an account ban and NO REFUND.

SUPPORT
We offer support for the duration of your subscription via email support@livechanneltv.com. Email support may take up to 12 hours for a response.

CONTENT
In order to keep the service running at its best you may experience intermittent down time for maintenance and upgrades. In no way is our service perfect, so there will be channels without guide information sometimes and other minor issues from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS
Must have a supported device and HIGH SPEED INTERNET. A speed of 60 Mbps ON THE DEVICE you are using is recommended. A device with available memory and sufficient hardware is required. If your Internet provider is throttling or blocking Live Channel TV, a VPN is highly recommended on the device you use to stream to prevent Live Channel TV from being blocked.
